Products are returned and exchanged when they are inexact model, specification, paint color, etc.. as committed between two parties.<br \/>\n2. Products are defined due to seller\u2019s technical fault.<br \/>\n3. Products are still intact, not deformed due to buyer\u2019s deliberate repair<br \/>\n4. Products are requested for return and exchange without complete documents<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">+ Certificate of factory<br \/>\n+ Warranty commitment<br \/>\n+ Sales invoice<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2. When detecting products not meet technical standard or improper model, specification as initial agreement, customers please contact to telephone number of sales staff in charge of the order to proceed receiving product\u2019s information.<br \/>\n2. After receiving product\u2019s information, sales staff in charge will proceed inspecting information with relevant departments in order to have variants of customer support in the quickest way.<br \/>\n3.
