Return and exchange policy

To ensure customer’s benefits as well as to advance service quality after sales, we would like to spend product return and exchange policy to customers as below:

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. Products are returned and exchanged when they are inexact model, specification, paint color, etc.. as committed between two parties.
2. Products are defined due to seller’s technical fault.
3. Products are still intact, not deformed due to buyer’s deliberate repair
4. Products when being received must have enough:

+ Certificate of factory
+ Warranty commitment
+ Sales invoice

THE CASES NOT TO BE RETURNED PRODUCTS:

1. Products are requested for return and exchange without complete documents

+ Certificate of factory
+ Warranty commitment
+ Sales invoice

2. Products are damaged due to not being preserved or being preserved improperly.

PROCEDURE OF HANDLING PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. When detecting products not meet technical standard or improper model, specification as initial agreement, customers please contact to telephone number of sales staff in charge of the order to proceed receiving product’s information.
2. After receiving product’s information, sales staff in charge will proceed inspecting information with relevant departments in order to have variants of customer support in the quickest way.
3. Depending on each case, we will have specific handling ways for each order.
