Our quotation of prices will separate transport fee in order that customer can be flexible in choice of transportation means with the most flexible and reasonable way in each specific case.
Basing on delivery schedule as agreed before, we will notify delivery for customer by Email, phone, Zalo,.. 2 days in advance in order to re-check delivery information as well as to help customer have advance preparation of warehouse, equipment for receiving products.
Our form of delivery is specified as follows:

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

* Delivery at factory:
– Customers notify at least 1 day in advance for us to prepare in advance the procedure as well as the products delivery.
– To make procedure at entrance of receiving products, customer please provides product receiver’s information: driver’s name, ID card or driver’s license.
* Delivery at location requested by customer
– To ensure delivery in convenience and fast, customers please provide delivery information as below:

1. Product receiver’s information: Full name, contact phone number.
2. Specific location of delivery
3. Requests at place of receiving product: labor protection, relevant papers (if any).
4. In case of delivery at export processing zone, customer please provides in advance information as well as essential procedures when delivering for our company’s appropriate arrangement.

* Delivery time:
For delivery at location requested by customer, customer please confirms delivery information 1 day in advance for us to arrange appropriate vehicle schedule of delivery.
Urban delivery & in contiguous provinces of HCMC: from 2 hours- 1 day (depending on location).
Delivery in other provinces: from 1 day to 5 days depending on each province.

FOREIGN DELIVERY

* Delivery at factory:
– Customer notifies at least 1 hour in advance for us to prepare in advance the procedure as well as the products delivery.
– To make procedure at entrance of receiving products, customer please provides receiver’s information: driver’s name, ID card or driver’s license.
* Delivery at port of home country requested by customer.
– Depending on contract agreement, we will carry out delivery under transportation method of CIF or FOB
– Customer please provides information of person in charge of export and import of customer’s unit at least 1 week in advance for us to contact and carry out shipment procedure for customer in the most convenient and quickest way.
* Delivery time:
– Depending on each exporting country.

WARRANTY POLICY

INSPECTS PRODUCTS BEFORE FACTORY RELEASE

– Bestray Joint Stock Company has production process under ISO standards 9001:2015. All our products are manufactured under international standards with high quality. The range of products varies with nice, sharp and safe design as other imported products from famous trademarks all the world
– All products before factory release and transport to customer’s place have to be passed the strict inspection process from experienced QC team.

ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF PRODUCT WARRANTY

– With each order of factory release meeting requirement is always attached with two quality certificates:
+ Warranty commitment
For products manufactured by Bestray Joint Stock Company, we commit to giving a warranty to products from 12-36 months, depending on each type of product.
+ Certificate of factory release and quality:
Quality certificate shows our commitment on product quality inspected strictly before factory release

WARRANTY OF 12-36 MONTHS DEPENDING ON TYPE OF PRODUCT

– Products will be guaranteed basing on the following elements:
+ Customer provides warranty commitment and certificate of factory release and quality.
+ Product is still in warranty period
+ Warranty products are those damaged due to the manufacturer’s fault
+ The cases are not under warranty:
Defects caused by user such as: installing, operating with incorrect rules, arbitrarily dismantling, repairing.

To ensure customer’s benefits as well as to advance service quality after sales, we would like to spend product return and exchange policy to customers as below:

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. Products are returned and exchanged when they are inexact model, specification, paint color, etc.. as committed between two parties.
2. Products are defined due to seller’s technical fault.
3. Products are still intact, not deformed due to buyer’s deliberate repair
4. Products when being received must have enough:

+ Certificate of factory
+ Warranty commitment
+ Sales invoice

THE CASES NOT TO BE RETURNED PRODUCTS:

1. Products are requested for return and exchange without complete documents

+ Certificate of factory
+ Warranty commitment
+ Sales invoice

2. Products are damaged due to not being preserved or being preserved improperly.

PROCEDURE OF HANDLING PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. When detecting products not meet technical standard or improper model, specification as initial agreement, customers please contact to telephone number of sales staff in charge of the order to proceed receiving product’s information.
2. After receiving product’s information, sales staff in charge will proceed inspecting information with relevant departments in order to have variants of customer support in the quickest way.
3. Depending on each case, we will have specific handling ways for each order.
